Rob Carpenter, PhD P.Geo.

Rob Carpenter is a Professional Geoscientist with over 25 years of technical and executive experience for junior and major mining companies. He was co-founder and President and CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation from 2005 to 2013 and led the company through the acquisition, discovery and maiden resource of the multi-million ounce Coffee Gold Project, Yukon. The project was subsequently acquired by Goldcorp Inc in 2016. He has received awards from the Association for Mineral Exploration of British Columbia for excellence in mineral exploration (2013) and social and environmental stewardship (2008).

R. Stuart (Tookie) Angus

Mr. Angus is an independent business advisor to the mining industry and is presently a director of Wildcat Silver Corp. and Chairman of Nevsun Resources Ltd. He was formerly Head of the Global Mining Group for Fasken Martineau. For the past 30 years, Mr. Angus has focused on structuring and financing significant international exploration, development and mining ventures. More recently, he was managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions for Endeavour Financial and was responsible for merger and acquisition mandates. Mr. Angus is the former Chairman of the Board of BC Sugar Refinery Limited, he was a Director of First Quantum Minerals until June 2005, a Director of Canico Resources Corporation until its takeover by Brazil’s CVRD in 2005, a Director of Bema Gold Corp. until its takeover by Kinross Gold Corporation in 2007, a Director of Ventana Gold Corp. until its takeover by AUX Canada Acquisition Inc. in 2011 and a Director of Plutonic Power Corporation until its merger with Magma Energy Corp. in 2011.

Richard D. Williams, MSc P.Geo.

Richard Williams is a Professional Geologist with over 25 years experience in gold mining and precious and base metal mineral exploration in southern Africa, the Americas, and southern Europe. After graduating from Portsmouth University, UK in 1988, he became a mine geologist in the Witwatersrand goldfields, South Africa, before completing a Master’s degree in Mineral Exploration at Queen’s University, Ontario, in 1993.

Since 1994, Richard has worked in the Guyana Shield, Mexico, Northwest Territories and Sardinia in various exploration management capacities before co-founding the Helio Resource Corp. group of companies in 2004. Since 2004, Richard has been CEO of Helio Resource Corp., gaining valuable experience in capital markets, and raising funds for projects in eastern and southern Africa.

Dr. Harry E. Cook, PhD, AIPG Certified Professional Geologist, USGS Emeritus

Dr. Cook is the founder, President and CEO of Carbonate Geology LLC, an international consulting company specializing in locating and developing predictive gold-host models and gold trends for Carlin-Type of gold-hosts in carbonate platform systems. He founded Carbonate Geology LLC, in 2005, after 30 years as a Senior Research Geologist with the United States Geological Survey (USGS). Here, he studied and conducted surface and subsurface work on Carbonate Platform-Slope-Basin rocks on a worldwide basis in the USA, Alberta Canada, the Yukon Territory in Canada, Mexico, the Former USSR, Central Asia and Western Europe.

Dr. Cook has consulted for major and junior gold companies such as Barrick, Newmont, U. S. Gold, Placer Dome, Queenstake, Evolving Gold, Timberline, Miranda, Maestro, Snowstorm, ATAC, Kaminak, Anthill, Almaden, Venture One Capital, Desert Star Resources and GEDEX. These studies have been conducted along the USA’s major gold trends in Nevada and Utah, including the Carlin Trend, Rain Trend, Bald Mountain Trend, Getchell/Turquoise/Twin Creeks Trend, Cortez-Tonkin Springs-Roberts Mountains Trends, Eureka Trend, Independence Trend and Long Canyon Trend. In Canada, Dr. Cook has conducted surface and subsurface studies along the Yukon Territory’s ATAC Rackla Trend and Anthill’s Einerson Lake Trend. In the Yukon Territory, he has developed a comprehensive stratigraphic column.

He is the author of 100+ research papers, books and professional talks on energy (oil and gas), mineral resources and carbonate sequence stratigraphy as a predictive exploration tool in Carlin-Type of gold deposits. Dr. Cook is a member of several geological societies and is past President of the international SEPM Society of Sedimentary Geology and recipient of various geological awards.
